Opis

The wine obtained from Corvina and Rondinella is left in barrels containing the Amarone pomaces for a second fermentation (ripasso method). This is an exclusive and singular Winemaking method from the Valpolicella area, and it gives an extraordinary structure and richness to the wine.
The word “primoripasso” has been used to underline that Montresor only uses the just crushed Amarone pomaces, when they are still full of rich and fruity must.
